Accessibility requirements

For those customers with additional accessibility requirements, Kingsway Leisure Centre has a purpose built accessible changing room, hearing loops available at reception, and all staff receive training in Disability Awareness. The following facilities are also available:

Pool Hoist

For access to the Main Pool and Learner Pool. Please ask at reception upon arrival.

Toilets

These are located within the various changing areas throughout the centre.

Changing Facilities

We have large accessible changing cubicles with support hand rails, shower, toilet
facilities and lockers.

Parking

Provision has been made at the front of the car park, close to the building, to allow easy access to the Centre for Registered Disabled badge holders.

Lift

There are lifts located on the ground floor with direct access to the gym
