We offer a wide variety of classes to keep your workout programme varied, please check out our timetable for the full list of workout classes.

Admission to a Group Exercise Class after the warm up period has taken place may not be permitted. This is to safeguard you from injury. Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance by calling 0151 495 2200


“High Intensity Interval Training”, the class centres around Body weight movements and weighted movements that target fat loss and get you fit, alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods


45 minute physical training class designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. Using a variety of different equipment e.g. kettlebells, dumbbells, core bags and slam balls etc.


Aquafit is a fun aerobics class in the water; it promotes fitness for life and aims to maintain stamina, strength, and suppleness which work the whole body. Aquafit is a low impact class perfect for all fitness levels and anyone recovering from injuries

Legs, Bums + Tums

Tone your thighs, tighten your bum and firm those abs in the ultimate lower body workout. Legs Bums & Tums will target those stubborn areas using high rep ranges and nothing but your own body weight.

Indoor Group Cycling

Our cycle class is an indoor experience where you’ll spin your way through a mixture of terrains – tackling hills, time trials, sprints and flats. You’ll ride to motivating music whilst improving your cardio fitness, burning calories and strengthening your legs and core. Great if your goal is Weight Loss, Training for an Event or General Fitness

Functional fitness

A circuit based class, focusing on exercises that train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness also emphasises core stability.
